BOOKING CONDITIONS
To ensure your holiday planning is transparent and worry-free from the very beginning, we have compiled all important information about our booking conditions for you. From the deposit and cancellation policy to check-in and check-out – you’ll know exactly what to expect before your arrival.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. Our bank details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Your holiday apartment will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-in is possible until 6:00 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am. Different arrival or departure times may be arranged in advance upon request.
Would you like to spend a few more hours at Lake Weissensee or on the beach? You are welcome to leave your car parked with us and continue enjoying the beach facilities until your departure. Subject to availability, a late check-out until 6:00 pm can also be booked.
You will not find a lower online price than the one offered directly on our website.
We love animals, but kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in our apartments.

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
A surcharge applies to short stays.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
Unfortunately, payment by debit card or credit card is not available.
