Data Protection

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. If a contract is concluded, your data will be stored for 7 years due to legal requirements (invoicing).

– for our own advertising purposes, for example to send you offers, advertising brochures and information (in paper and electronic form).

You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point on. For a revocation, please contact: office@mailadresse.com.

The data you provide is also required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

We store your data

Data for accounting and tax purposes: 7 years

_ § 132 para. 1 BAO: 7 years beyond that, as long as they are of importance for the tax authority in pending proceedings)

_ Retention obligation under company law pursuant to § 190, 212 UGB: 7 years

_ Obligation to retain data under turnover tax law in accordance with § 18 para. 2 3rd subparagraph: 7 years

Data for the fulfilment of contracts:

_ Warranty according to § 933 ABGB: 2 years (movable objects).

_ Purchase price claim for movable objects pursuant to § 1062 in conjunction with § 1486 ABGB: 3 years

_ General compensation for damages according to § 1489 ABGB (compensation claims): 3 years (if damage and damaging party are known)

For this data processing, we use order processors. We pass on your data to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

– Tax consultancy office, tax office (fulfilment of legal obligations).

Your data is processed within the EU or the EEA. The adequate level of protection results from an adequacy decision of the European Commission according to Art 45 DSGVO.

General

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on our website is logged. The storage serves internal, system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: Name of the file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged.

Links

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. This website uses Matomo 60, an open source, self-hosted software to collect anonymous usage data for this website.

The data of this website and Matomo are hosted in Austria. The data never leaves the EU.

SSL encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
